The available range extends from 20×4 mm to 400×100 mm, with bar lengths of approximately 6 meters. Thanks to the numerous cutting centers operating in each of our warehouses, we can supply bars cut to size.

Fortis Metal N.A. Inc. offers cold-drawn flat bars sourced from coil or bar. The sizes available range from 5×2 mm to 400×40 mm (3/16″ x 1/8″ to 12″ x 2″), with a maximum thickness of 80 mm (3").
Typically supplied with sharp edges and in their natural state, these cold-drawn flats can also be provided with specific heat treatments (stress relieving, annealing, normalization, quenching, and tempering) and automatic ultrasonic control on each individual bar, thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment.
Upon request, bars can be supplied in surface class 2.
We can supply flats according to customer specifications or with special shapes (radius corners, round-edged, shaped to drawing, etc. See our special profiles section).
Commercial lengths are 3 or 6 meters, with fixed lengths available upon request.
